These past few days have really sucked. Seriously. I have been so incredibly angry, and I've been taking it out on a lot of people I shouldn't have. Being angry is not fun. Well, today I think I took care of it, and I'm feeling better. The source of all my rage: Scott. For several reasons.
At the cast party last Friday, I was outside on the porch and someone lit up a bong. So I immediately went inside and hung around Scott and did what I could to keep him from going outside, because I know what he tends to do when he's drunk. After a while, I had to help take care of Roz because she was getting sick, and I realized I had left Scott alone for a while. So, I went downstaris and he was outside. I asked him if he had been smoking, and he said he hadn't and he wouldn't because he knows how I feel about it and I'm his best friend at college and he wouldn't want to make me dissappointed in him. Well, half an hour later, I walk outside and Scott was holding a lit ciggarette in his hand . . .
So I went upstairs and tried to go to sleep. Somehow, I succeeded, but was awoken around 5:00 by Scott and Katrina having a conversation in the next room. Scott was telling Katrina about how he's liked her for a long time and wants to have a relationship with her, while Katrina said she didn't believe him and refused his advances. Now, it doesn't sound so bad on the surface, right? I mean, what right have I to be angry with him for telling another girl he likes her? Well, because he's lying to her. Apperantly, Scott has had a crush on Katrina since February, while he was dating Diana, whom he supposedly is in love with, and at the same time is fucking some random girl form Omaha. Does this make sense? No, it sure as hell does not.
So, the smoking thing pissed me off because he just got done telling me he wouldn't do it because he valued our friendship, then he goes and does it. I felt like I just got slapped in the face. Not only did he lie, but he showed that he doesn't give a shit about our friendship. And the Katrina issue bothers me because it shows how incredbily shallow he is. He claims he's in lov with Diana. Well, the fact that he had a crush on Katrina and was fucking a completely different girl show that he has no fucking clue what love is. Which means that he has no right judging me and saying that my love for him isn't real, that it's just some silly little crush that I can get over easily. So, that's why that pissed me off.
I refused to talk to him Saturday. In fact, I purposely left and walked to Wal-mart for Steve to pick me up because I didn't want to have to see Scott when he woke up. And I refused to talk to him Sunday as well. Monday, I was civil to him so as not to create a commotion during lab. And today . . . well . . . today I kinda snapped . . .
I got back from chorale and Joe told me that Scott had picked up the anatomy book earlier. Normally Scott and I share the book. I bought it, but I let him use it. But this time, it sent me into a rage. I messaged him and told him to give the book back or I would report it stolen and get him in trouble and I went on to say how disgusted I am with him and how much I hate him, etc. Basically, I bitched him out and said a lot of emotionally charged stuff that I shouldn't have said, and probably wouldn't have said if I had blogged about the situation and thought about it . . .
So, he came over and dropped the book off and wanted to talk. I told him to leave. After that little bicker-fest, he said he was leaving and once he walked out the door, he wasn't coming back. I said goodbye. After he left, I couldn't concentrate and took a nap.
I woke up 3 hours later, and instantly I regretted what I had said and done. So I messaged him apologizing. He was still pissed. And for the next hour and a half we argued back and forth and it wasn't very pleasant. I don't feel like recounting the whole thing, so I'll just post it. But there were several wondows I closed in the beginning because of the heated argument and my being pissed and not wanting to talk to him anymore. After a while, I stopped closing windows, and that's what the rest of this is. Just so you know . . . it's really frigging long . . .

Thus was the extent of the arguement portion of our conversation. I think we came to an agreement, and things ought to be ok. Then he came over and we studied for our Anatomy test tomorrow, which is going to be a bitch. So, yeah, I'm much less mad at him now. Still irritated about the smoking, but I understand the Katrina thing better, and he admitted he judged me unfairly, so that's not a problem anymroe either. I'm just going to have to baby-sit him at the next cast-party . . .
There are other issues going on right now, but it's late, and I have to finish studying, and this has been long enough already.
