It is called Civilization III. I actually got it a year ago for my birthday. When I first tried it out, I got my ass kicked really bad, and I didn't know what was going on. School started soon after that, so the game kinda dropped from my mind and sat in my dorm room for a year and I forgot about it and never got a chance to play it. Well, a week ago, my little brothers found it in my pile of school stuff and begged me to play it. So, I did. And I have been playing constantly ever since. The game is positively addicting. Currently, I have airports and artillary and infantry, and it's only 1874. All the other nations still only have spearmen and knights. Well, France has musketmen, but that's it. As soon as I get nukes, I'm going to bomb their asses. Sure, it's only the easiest difficulty. But, hey, I got my ass kicked on this difficulty the last time I played. Anyway, that's been consuming most of my non-BK hours, and has prevented me from getiing online to talk to people until 2-3:00 in the morning. I just can't turn the thing off. There's just something about watching my little people run around and build roads, and mine, and go to war, and sail their ships, and research, and wander that is just so . . . so . . . addicting! Yes, I know I've said that word a million times already, but it IS!
