I'm not attacking you, I'm really not. It just frustates me to see how obviously unhappy you are in your house. I refer you back to your most recent blog, incase you've forgotten. Now Steve, yes, they are your parents, but that doesn't mean that they are infallible. Parents aren't perfect either. Why should you have to hide a present to your boyfriend from them? That doesn't make any sense to me. If they would be upset about you buying and sending your boyfriend a present, then there is something wrong with them. You shouldn't have to tip-toe around them to be able to do that. That is ridiculous. For another thing, the reason my parents don't ask questions when I leave the house is because they don't know about it. Believe me, if they knew what I was doing, they'd stop me. I'm too sneaky for my own good.
But that's besides the point. Steve, you are an adult. You are 19 and at an age to legally make your own decisions. Your parents don't seem to be able to acknowledge that. If you want to go to an anime convention and you have it planned out, and prepared, why should they fight it? Why should you have to be extra good to get permission for something you shouldn't need their permission for? Granted, they probably wouldn't have paid for it. But if you are going to live with yor parents and conform to their rules simply for financial support, then just accept it and stop complaining so no one else has to worry about it anymore. You make it seem like you are a prisoner in your own house sometimes, and that's what worries us. If that's not the case, don't make it seem like it is. I'm just really sick of having this debate with you.
Blargh! I had sooooo many other things to blog about, but now they're nowhere to be found.
Except my back hurts. Real bad. Damn back. I need a new one, I think.
